The Adria apartments are absolutely top class. The layout and amount of facilities are excellent. The view from the balcony was superb. The staff was incredibly accommodating and helpful - ranging from helping us buy a cell phone SIM card, making arrangements for our luggage to be stored and then taken to us by a driver, offering the pick-up service, WiFi service, giving a numerous discounts in restorants, sport centers, giving us recomandations for hiking and quad routs, aranging for us tickets for ferry and helping us with confirming our flight tickets.... and list goes on and on... They were there for everything!!! We felt very comfortable and truly welcomed. We are coming back surely!!!!

Staff were awesome, friendly and with plenty of initiative. Drove us to the apartments. Offered to pick us up from the terminal, offered to pick us up from our apartment on check-out and offered to send us to the fastboat terminal when we were about to leave the island. Always ready with options: scooter/bicycle rentals. Apartment itself was clean and simple, well-kept with a decent kitchen. Water is hot, but takes time to warm up

Its really clean and nice location

We had one double bed and two single beds. The single beds are a bit small -more suitable for children. Couple of apartments belongs to this agency, so if u want to have Internet and nice view etc. in the room, u need to tell it by the booking.

Much better than expected - a huge apartment, very comfortable for just me! The air conditioning of course was a life saver. Would highly recommend it to families/couples on a longer break as could cook in the full kitchen. Lots of space to spread out - big armoire in the bedroom, big entry way, balcony with drying rack, etc.

The kitchen overhead light was out and since I was only there for one night, I didn't bother calling mgmt to fix it. But it was quite dark!

Very convenient apartment not far away from centre and beach.

First of all, Adria Apartment is an agency. It is not a specific apartment. After you booked your hotel and go there, you see that they transfer you to an apartment. You can't see the pictures you will stay from the beginning. So I cannot comment about Adria properly, but I can comment about the apartment I stayed. Our apartment's name was balic. It has a very nice balcony with beautiful sea view, and the owners of the apartment who are a nice lady and her granddaughter were very sweet, very helpful, very hospital and clean. Overall, if you are lucky, your place will be nice depending on their owner and their attitude but if not the agency was fairly good but not excellent.

Some Staff of Adria Agency were rude, they try to be helpful and professional but they don’t know how to speak to the customers and how to be polite. We decided to stay more and we let the owner know and she called the agency to let the situation. Even if they have our credit card details, they woke up us in the morning coming to our room and knocking the door very strongly as if we are staying there illegal and staff told us in a very rude way that we need to pay as if we will escape. This reputation erased all the good things about this company for us even if the other staff tries to be helpful. In addition, the air condition wasn’t working in a terrible hot weather. However we didn’t complain at all, because the owner was very nice and we didn’t want to bother them. About the area, I can say Croatia is a nice country, Brac Island is nice place to stay and swim. The sea is clean but not sandy beaches at all. The beaches all over the Island are pebbly. About the Local, in my opinion, almost all people are very rude and ignorant.

Staff at Adria Tourist Agency (who own the apartments) were extremely helpful and surprised us by picking us up off the catamaran from Split which we weren't expecting and dropping us back down to the harbour front for our journey on to Hvar. The apartment was extremely large (2 beds and 2 baths for just two of us!!) and had amazing uniterrupted views straight out to sea and Hvar. The only downside was that the apartment was up a fairly steep hill which might be unsuitable for anyone with mobility problems but was fine for us and definitely worth it for the views!

had a great experience. a staff member greeted us at the bus stop to drive us to the check in office. Ivana, the check in lady, was very helpful and friendly and spoke perfect english. the apartment itself was only 100m from the seafront promenade, spotlessly clean and had a lovely sea view

the kitchen was slightly separated from the apartment which was a bit odd though not a problem. they did not provide full size bath towels!!

It was a good apartment however it was not near the beach and did not have a balcony with a view as was suggested in the photos on the website.

It is important that the flat is better equipped with washingquippment for washing floors!! The broom we had broke very easily.

The Apartment is very cosy and clean and the staff was very helful.

The appartment we chose when given a choice was very nice and spacious, clean and had all the facilities we needed. The location was also great within easy walking distance of the main town.

On arrival the staff were very friendly and took us and our heavy bags to the appartment. They exeeded all expectations and the location was perfect for a short walk to the town or beach. Excellent value for money and the beds were so comfortable! Thank you

The balcony wasn't in the sun but this didn't really matter as it was so close to the beach. Nothing other!

Very good apartment. Every thing was new or quite new. Good localization – 5-10 minutes walk to the beach or harbor. Kitchen with full equipment. Parking space for car. Comfortable bed.
